Working at ICC
The atmosphere within ICC is professional and enterprising. Achieving a good result for the client is paramount. Colleagues who switch from banking to ICC experience it as a huge relief that they can work on something they enjoy and are good at 100% of the time, which is improvement of the client’s financing and risk management. With about forty staff in the entire organisation, you know all your colleagues on a personal basis. There is a great deal of cooperation and you will be given plenty of scope to develop yourself and to help build on the success of ICC.
Work & private life
Almost 70% of our employees fall into the 30-40 age category. In this stage of life, a great deal happens in your career and private life. We realise this and consider a good work-life balance to be very important. Although we work hard and work smart within ICC, and a good result comes first, there is also scope to plan your working hours flexibly.
If there is no role that suits you in the vacancy overview, ICC is always interested in meeting good commercial people who have a great deal of affinity with the financial markets or corporate finance. Feel free to contact our recruiter Esther Salomé to discuss your knowledge and experience.
Screening will form part of the selection procedure. ICC is under the supervision of the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Dutch abbreviation: AFM) and De Nederlandsche Bank (the central bank of the Netherlands). Candidates eligible for an integrity-sensitive role will be subject to verification of a few items of data, and this will be done with your permission. This concerns information on your identity, references from employers and diplomas. You will also need to present us with a so-called Certificate of Good Conduct (Dutch abbreviation: VOG).
